Ana Carolina Correia

Ana Carolina Correia has worked in the software quality assurance and helpdesk technical roles since 2018. Ana Carolina has experience in providing technical support and training on the ProteseNext/ProteseLab/ProteseCloud/LabFácil system to national and international clients, most of whom speak Spanish. Ana Carolina has also provided orientations to clients, verified necessary corrections, and conducted migrations using Mysql Workbench, Full Convert Enterprise, and IBExpert.

Ana Carolina Correia has a diverse education history. Ana Carolina began their studies in 2008 at Faculdade e Colégio Modulo, where they earned their 2º Grau Técnico in Gestão Empresarial. Ana Carolina then attended Universidade Paulista from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engenharia Elétrica and a Bacharelado in Engenharia Elétrica e Eletrônica. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, where they obtained a Bacharelado in Tecnologia em Tecnologia da Informação/Sistemas da Informação.
