Renato Castilho

Renato Castilho has over 20 years of work experience in logistics and transportation. From 1996 to 2002, they worked as a Coastal Shipping Coordinator for Wilson Sons. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Business Analyst for Vale. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Multimodal Planning Manager for Log-In Logistica. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Costs and Performance Manager for CBEMI - Construtora Brasileira e Mineradora Ltda. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Logistic Manager for Camil Alimentos S/A, where they were responsible for Inbound and Outbound logistics operations, prospecting, evaluating, and contracting suppliers, developing and controlling KPIs, implementing new processes for performance improvement, and reducing operational costs. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been working as Co-Founder & CTO for goFlux.

Renato Castilho completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNIMONTE in 2011. In 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Administration, Business, and Marketing.
