Rodrigo Gonçalves has held a variety of roles in the logistics and supply chain industry since 2001. Rodrigo's work experience includes Sales and Marketing Manager at Ambev (2001), Key Account Manager at Vale (2004) and Log-In Logística Intermodal S/A (2007), General Manager Commercial at VLI Logística (2013), Logistics and Supply Chain Director at Algar Agro (2015), Logistics Director at EuroChem Brasil (2017), Partner at Aeropark Uberlândia (2018), and Founder at RG Logistics & SupplyChain (2018). Rodrigo is currently the Founder & CEO of goFlux, a company passionate about offering logistics management solutions based on technology and intelligence.

Rodrigo Gonçalves has a diverse educational background. Rodrigo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Estácio between 1997 and 2001, followed by an MBA in Logistics from Universidade Salvador between 2001 and 2003. In 2012, they completed an Authentic Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School. Rodrigo then went on to obtain an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Fundação Dom Cabral between 2013 and 2014, followed by a Pós MBA in Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2014. Finally, they completed a Bulk Operations program from STC Group in 2014.
