Matt Holleran

Director at GoFormz

Matt Holleran is the current Director at GoFormz. Prior to that, they were a Venture Partner at Emergence Capital Partners from November 2007 to May 2013. There, they developed investment theses, led investments, and served as a Board member. Matt also sourced and championed the first $2M investment in ServiceMax, served as a board member and recruited the CEO. GE acquired ServiceMax for ~$1B. Matt also sourced and led the firm's first $3M investment in Insightly and was the Series A board member. Furthermore, they were responsible for the firm's business relationships with salesforce.com, Google, Adobe, Intuit, and PayPal. Lastly, they led the firm's marketing communications for years. Prior to their time at Emergence Capital Partners, they were the VP AppExchange and Salesforce Platform Partners at salesforce.com from July 2005 to July 2007. Before that, they were the CEO at Apexon, Inc. from February 2002 to June 2004.

Matt Holleran has a BA in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and attended high school at Landon School and Yorktown High School.
