Shalaka Prabhu is an experienced software engineering professional with a comprehensive background in systems integration and software testing. Currently serving as Manager of SW Test and Automation at Intelsat since January 2021, Shalaka Prabhu previously held roles as Principal Engineer at Intelsat and Systems Integration Engineer at Gogo since November 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Software Engineer at Continental Automotive Systems, contributing to multimedia services for in-vehicle infotainment systems used by major automotive clients, and working at Motorola on software-hardware interactions for Verizon Wireless products. Early career highlights include leading web development projects at Alphazeta Inc and starting as a Software Engineer at Infosys. Shalaka Prabhu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
