Karl Lee

Karl Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karl started their career as an R&D Engineer at Power-Star, Sun-Moon-Star Group in 1988. After that, they joined TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TAIWAN LTD. as QRA Acting Manager in 1989 and stayed there until 1995. Following that, they worked as a QA Manager at Bourns Taiwan from 1995 to 1996. Karl then became the Managing Director at Liteon Enclosure from 1996 to 2001, where they had full P&L responsibility for ODM/OEM and own branded business. Later, they joined HTC in 2001 and held the role of AVP until 2016, responsible for managing all MFG operational processes and resourcing. Most recently, since 2016, Karl has been working at Gogoro as Sr. VP and MF VP.

Karl Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Tang Kang University (TKU) between 1984 and 1989. Karl also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Long-Hua University from 2011 to 2013. Karl also holds additional certifications in various fields, such as Character First & Carnegie and ISO9001, TL90000, TS16949 & QC080000, among others.
