Baran Birol

Baran Birol has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Baran started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Modis from September 2013 to March 2015.

After that, they worked as a Technical Sourcer at Instacart from May 2015 to January 2016.

Baran then joined Twitch as a Technical Recruiter in January 2016 and worked there until July 2017.

Following their time at Twitch, they became the Director of Talent at GoGuardian from July 2017 to January 2020.

Baran then transitioned to the role of Associate Product Manager in the same company, where they worked from January 2020 to January 2022.

Currently, Baran holds the position of Product Manager, Platform at GoGuardian, starting in January 2022.

Baran Birol completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Muggle Studies from UCLA in 2013. In 2018, they pursued additional education at UCLA Extension, specializing in Full-stack Web Development. In 2020, Baran attended Product School to obtain a Product Management Certificate.
