Ritesh Patel

Ritesh Patel has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Ritesh is currently working as the VP of Engineering for GoGuardian Products, where they oversee the Safety & Productivity of PearDeck and Edulastic. Prior to this, they were the Director of Software Engineering at GoGuardian, focusing on helping every student have a lifeline.

Before joining GoGuardian, Ritesh served as an Instructor and Mentor at Interview Kickstart, where they provided guidance and instruction. Ritesh also has significant experience at Amazon, where they held multiple leadership positions. Ritesh was an Engineering Leader for the Alexa Multi Agent Experience team, managing the integration of AI assistants for customers. Ritesh was also a Software Development Manager for Automated Advertising and a Manager for Data Engineering and Analytics, both in the Prime Video UK division. Additionally, they led the World Wide Operations Finance Technology team, providing cost analytics for Amazon WW Operations.

Earlier in their career, Ritesh worked as a Consultant for SITA, focusing on analytics and data architecture. Ritesh also served as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Credit Suisse, where they built strategic reporting platforms. Ritesh gained expertise in project leadership and development as a Project Leader at Oracle India Development Center and as a Software Development Engineer at DDE-ORG Systems Pvt. Limited. Ritesh began their career as a Jr. Software Engineer at Shivam Software.

Ritesh Patel completed their education in a chronological order. Ritesh first attended Navyug from 1986 to 1991 and obtained their SSC degree with a focus on Math and Science. Following this, they attended Narmada College of Science & Commerce from 1993 to 1996, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Ritesh then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's for the year 1996-1997. Finally, they attended Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Applications.

Apart from their formal education, Ritesh Patel also achieved certification as a Sun Certified Java Professional from Sun Microsystems in February 2002.
