Travis Rivest began their work experience at Patterson Dental in 2011 as an Eaglesoft Support Specialist. In this role, they answered support calls at a Tier 1 level for clients and resolved issues over the phone using webex to screen share. Travis then joined Cerner Corporation in 2012 as a Technical Support Analyst until 2015 when they became a Team Lead. Travis worked in this position until November 2021. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Manager at GoGuardian, starting in November 2021.
