Les M. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the payments and fintech industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Services at LPL Financial. Previously, Les held various roles at Mastercard, including Executive Vice President, Head of Payments Services for North America, where they managed a team of over 250 payments professionals and established strong client relationships. Earlier in their career, Les worked at Bank of America and Washington Mutual in leadership positions focused on product management and sales.
