Fatima Valles

Fatima Valles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fatima recently held the role of Director of Customer Experience at GoHealth Urgent Care. Prior to that, Fatima worked as a Leadership & Operations Consultant, where they demonstrated success in sales, operations, customer service, and team development. Fatima also served as an Operations Manager and Business Operations Supervisor at CoPower, overseeing teams and managing relationships with health plan providers. Earlier in their career, Fatima held leadership positions at LesConcierges, Jurlique, Bare Escentuals, Comcast, and United Airlines, where they gained experience in operations management, sales, training, and customer service.

Fatima Valles obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science & History from Skyline College.
