Melissa Willis

Melissa Willis, MBA, CPC, CCS-P, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa started their career at Novant Health in 1996, where they worked in compliance and physician billing/services until 2005. Melissa then joined MedQuest Associates as an Assistant Director of Coding, eventually moving up to Senior Director of the NC Business Service Center and Vice President of Revenue Cycle. In 2016, Melissa joined GoHealth Urgent Care as the VP of Revenue Cycle Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management and coding.

Melissa Willis, MBA, CPC, CCS-P completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Gardner-Webb University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same university from 2002 to 2004.
