Anthony Sis

Anthony Sis is an experienced professional in talent engagement and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Engagement at GoHealth, Anthony develops tools and resources to enhance company culture and oversee DEIB compliance. Previously at Accenture, Anthony held roles as Senior Manager of People & Culture and Management Consultant, focusing on designing business processes and change management. At Addison Group, Anthony managed internal and DEI communications, while a fellowship at Colorwave concentrated on addressing the racial wealth gap in the tech sector. Anthony's earlier experience at Cornell University involved creating and delivering impactful DEI training programs for over 10,000 faculty and staff. Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Government, Gender and Women's Studies, Public Policy, and Community Action from Connecticut College.
