Kareen Sarhane

Kareen Sarhane is an accomplished Lead Employee Experience Designer at RBC since April 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as Head of Talent for TEDxToronto and Senior Strategist at Huge. With a strong background in integrated campaign and brand planning, Kareen has worked with prominent brands like BACARDI and Rogers, focusing on consumer profiling and social media strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Aimia Inc, where innovative loyalty program strategies were developed for major retail and consumer clients. Kareen obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Queen's University and has also studied at HKUST Business School.
