Courtney Luff, SPHR, is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of HR, CX Talent Management at GoHealth since November 2019, Courtney excels in fostering strategic HR partnerships with executive leaders and guiding a national team of HR Business Partners. Previous roles include Senior Director of People and Culture and Corporate Human Resources Director at Turning Point Centers, where Courtney managed HR functions and supported growth initiatives.
