Jacob Anderson

Jacob Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Licensing and Onboarding at GoHealth, where they managed the onboarding and licensing processes for up to 6,000 agents annually and oversaw a multimillion dollar operating budget. Prior to that, Jacob was a Financial Advisor at WealthWave, where they educated clients on financial management and designed custom financial plans. Jacob also held the position of National Field Operations and Process Improvement Manager at Skyline Security. During their tenure at Vivint.Smart Home, Jacob served in various roles, including Regional Operations Manager, Field Service Manager, Field Service Professional, and Operations Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills, collaborating with executives on corporate strategy, forecasting staffing needs, and exceeding performance targets. Jacob also played a key role in talent recruitment, training, and sales strategies.

Jacob Anderson holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Horticulture/Horticulture Operations, General from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Jacob has acquired several certifications, including "Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities" from the Texas Department of Insurance in April 2020, "Crucial Accountabilty - Certified Trainer" from VitalSmarts in 2019, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB)" from Aveta Business Institute in 2014.
