Gin Balfour

Gin Balfour has extensive experience in product management, content creation, and creative leadership. They currently work as the Lead UX & Product Writer at GoHenry since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Content Lead at the LEGO Group from February 2021 to March 2022.

From 2018 to 2019, Gin Balfour served as a Senior Product Manager at Memrise, where they were responsible for product prioritization and leading cross-functional teams in delivering product improvements and experiments.

Before that, they worked at NaturalMotion as a Product Lead & Writer for the Clumsy Ninja Mobile Game from July 2013 to November 2017. During this time, they established the character's brand voice and led their team through production and global release, achieving over 10 million downloads in the first week on iOS.

From 2010 to 2012, Gin Balfour worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Managing Producer for Club Penguin, where they provided leadership for project teams and developed collaborative relationships with Disney partners. Prior to this, they held various roles at Club Penguin, including Senior Creative Lead and Manager of Editorial.

Furthermore, they started their career with Club Penguin as a Writer & Narrative Designer, collaborating with the team to design story-driven community experiences for kids.
