Neil Gardiner has extensive work experience in product management, design, and creative direction. Neil currently holds the position of VP Product & Design at GoHenry, where they have been working since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Product & Design at GoHenry from November 2018 to March 2022. Neil also worked as a CX Product Manager at GoHenry from April 2018 to November 2018.

Before joining GoHenry, Neil was the Creative Director and founder of Every Interaction from October 2011 to March 2018. Neil started their own company, NG Studio Limited, in June 2005 and operated as the Owner until October 2011.

Neil's career began as a freelance interactive designer and consultant at Winkreative in January 1999. Neil continued to consult for Winkreative while also working at Every Interaction. From July 2007 to June 2010, they worked as a freelance interactive designer at Nokia Design UK. Neil also had freelance design and art director roles at Twentysix London from March 2004 to March 2007.

In August 2002, Neil joined Agitprop as a Creative Partner. Neil was responsible for developing complete brand communications for clients, including identity, advertising, print, and web. Neil worked at Agitprop until February 2005.

Prior to joining Agitprop, Neil worked as an Art Director at Oyster Partners (now LBI) from January 2001 to April 2002. In this role, they were responsible for creative direction and coordinating designers and developers for various projects.

From September 1999 to December 2000, Neil served as the Head of Design at I-D Media London. During their time there, they worked on the launch of wallpaper.com, one of the early Flash sites.

Neil's first job was as an Interactive Designer at Kiosk Org, a design start-up that they co-founded with a university friend. They developed an online portfolio site for photographers and illustrators, winning a new business award. They also created a touch screen kiosk for Procter & Gamble brand Oil of Olay that was implemented in Tesco stores across the UK and won a Revolution design award. Neil worked at Kiosk Org from June 1996 to August 1999.

Neil Gardiner attended the University of Westminster from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Illustration. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they completed an Art & Design Foundation Course at the West Surrey College of Art and Design. Additionally, Neil obtained certifications in UX Management from the Nielsen Norman Group in February 2021 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2019.
