Jonathan Duarte

Jonathan Duarte has a long and varied career in the technology and recruitment space. Jonathan began their career in 1994 working as a J.D. Edwards Sales & Order Fulfillment/Financial Consultant for Systems Management, Inc. In 1996, they founded GO Jobs, Inc., one of the first online job boards and recruitment marketing platforms. In 2007, they founded SEO4Jobs, a Saas based Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing platform. In 2013, they joined HR.com as a member of the Online Staffing & Recruiting Advisory Board. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Strategic Alliances & Business Development for GoodHire, and later that year became the Director of Partner Success for Inflection. In 2016, they Co-Founded GoHire, a provider of Apply-by-Text solutions that helps companies hire high-volume, mobile-first/frontline workers 600% faster. Jonathan also built GoBe - The Job Bot, the first global "Conversational Job Search" bot helping candidates Find, View, and Apply to jobs using Facebook Messenger.

Jonathan Duarte attended University of California, Los Angeles from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BA in Jonathan'story with a Business Minor. Prior to that, they attended Corona del Mar High School. Jonathan has no additional certifications.
