Uta Sommer

Uta Sommer has a strong background in the recruitment industry, with experience in various roles. Uta co-founded GoHiring GmbH in 2012, a software company specializing in automated job posting and recruiting analytics. Prior to that, they worked at 1000jobboersen.de (HR New Media GmbH) in several roles, including CEO Assistant, Head of HR, and HR Consultant. In 2010, they served as the International Recruitment and Marketing Manager at IDP Education Pty Ltd, focusing on assisting international students with finding overseas study options. Uta also took a sabbatical in 2009 to engage in Work & Travel in Australia and New Zealand. Early in their career, they worked as a Researcher at Pawlik Sales Consultants AG from 2007 to 2008.

Uta Sommer completed their M.Sc. in Business Informatics at Leipzig University from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued an MBA and Master of Economics at Leipzig University, which they finished in the years 2003 to 2007.
