Malini Gulati

Malini Gulati is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal and compliance roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for International Markets at IndiGo since May 2025, Malini previously held significant positions including Head of Legal & Compliance and Company Secretary at Boston Scientific from August 2022 to May 2025, where recognition included a Leadership Award in 2024. Malini’s career also encompasses leadership roles at GENPACT as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Legal & Compliance, along with legal counsel positions at Keane India and MphasiS. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Company Secretary and Corporate Lawyer at Singhania & Co LLP, and teaching English at Seiha International School in Tokyo. Malini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Lucknow, a Chartered Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Lucknow.
