Ritvik Shekhar

Ritvik Shekhar is an accomplished professional in the travel and e-commerce industries, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Development at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ritvik was President of Sales & Marketing at MESKY, successfully scaling the business to approximately 100,000 monthly orders. As a Co-Founder at Flyvheel, Ritvik developed a video-powered SaaS tool for talent acquisition. Ritvik has also held significant positions at magicpin, Excitel Broadband, and OYO, where strategic projects drove growth in various sectors. The career began at Hero MotoCorp, launching the brand in multiple international markets, after gaining foundational experience in corporate affairs and quality control at Honda. Ritvik holds a PGPM in Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Recent education includes a fellowship on Climate Change from Terra.do.
