Anabella Iglesias has held various roles in the marketing and customer service industries. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Account Assistant at Grupo Solvens Treat, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating and executing promotional and event actions at a national level for different brands. Anabella then moved to elcamino Branding SA in 2013 as an Account Executive, where they managed client relationships and searched for new markets. Since 2015, they have been working at GOintegro, where they have held the roles of Product Experience Analyst, Implementation & Support Lead, Implementation Specialist Lead and Customer Success Manager. In their current role, they lead and develops the implementation process of GOintegro products in Latin America, provides training and advice to new clients, and manages customer success programs.
Anabella Iglesias received their Licenciatura en Comercialización in Marketing from UADE in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Tecnico Superior en Marketing from Fundacion de Altos estudios en Ciencias Comerciales in 2011. Additionally, they have a certification in Customer Experience (CX) from Coderhouse, obtained in January 2022.
