Carolina Gilabert has a long and varied work experience. Carolina began in 2004 as a Pre-Practice at the Centro de Investigaciones de Universidad Diego Portales. In 2006, they worked as an Encuestadora at Consultora Lado Humano and as a Practice Professional at Agencia Publicistas y Clientes. In 2007, they took on the role of Asistente Comercial at Grupo Megatime S.A. and in 2008 they were an Asistente de Proyectos at the Cámara de Comercio de Santiago, Programa Chile Emprendedoras. In 2009, they were a Colaboradora at Consultora Tinta China and in 2011 they were a Productora Ejecutiva at Programa Santiago Creativo. In 2013, they worked as a Consultora Freelance at Consulting Group FinBus Chile Ltda. In 2014, they were an Ejecutiva de Negocios Web Pyme at Banco BCI. Finally, from 2015 onwards, they have been working at GOintegro, taking on roles such as Customer Success Manager, Partnerships Executive, Implementation Specialist and Costumer Satisfaction Executive.

Carolina Gilabert received their degree in Public Relations and Social Communication from Universidad Diego Portales between 2002 and 2007. In 2013, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Communication from Universidad del Pacífico (CL) and a Diplomado in Communications Direction from the same university.
