Daniel Bogomoltz has over 15 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, market entry, M&A, and performance improvement. Daniel has worked for a number of companies, including Oracle, Telefonica, Value Partners, Amazon.com, LATAM Airlines, and GOintegro.
At Oracle, they worked as a Market Analyst from 2003 to 2005, pioneering a new competitive intelligence area, responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining sales pitches, proposing marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Telefonica as a Business Development Analyst in the Strategic Planning and Innovation Area, where they coordinated a multifunctional team involving engineers, marketing, sales and external vendors in the phases of ideation, specification and development of an innovative telecom solution focused on the SME segment.
Daniel then joined Value Partners from 2006 to 2012, where they had a role as an Engagement Manager, providing consultancy for large corporations across Latin America. Daniel was also the leader of recruitment initiatives and people management.
In 2011, they worked as a Product Manager - MBA Summer Intern at Amazon.com, where they developed an in-depth analysis of the market potential in LatAm, Europe and Asia for a new Web Service in the payments and fraud management fields.
From 2015 to 2019, they worked at LATAM Airlines as a Senior Project Manager, leading a strategic customer experience transformation project, aiming to improve customer satisfaction across all passanger journey.
Currently, they are the Country Manager at GOintegro, the leading Human Resources platform in Latin America, empowering the digital HR transformation and enabling the employee engagement in more than 500 corporate companies.
Daniel Bogomoltz completed their High School at Colégio Bandeirantes from 1997 to 1999. Daniel then went on to pursue a BBA in Business Administration at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2000 to 2003. Daniel furthered their education with an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2010 to 2012.
