Estrella Mendoza Contreras

Estrella Mendoza Contreras has worked in various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2010. Estrella began their career at Banco Santander Chile as an Assistant of Commercial Platform (Superior Professional Practice) in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Executive of Commercial Platform (Back Up) in the Consumer Banking Division at CorpBanca. Estrella then moved to BBVA in 2013 as an Account Executive. In 2014, they joined GOintegro and held various roles, including Sales & Marketing Operations Leader LatAm, Sales Operations Leader LatAm, Profiler Coordinator LatAm, Partnership Executive for Corporate Benefits, and Business Developer. In these roles, they were responsible for configuring sales panels from Salesforce, setting up commercial alerts from Salesforce, executing outbound actions for the company at a Latin American level, configuring and operating commercial and operational processes, activating specific prospecting campaigns for each country's sales teams, configuring and supporting commercial management systems, analyzing relevant KPIs for the company's commercial decisions, and developing user and management manuals for the different platforms for use by sales teams.

Estrella Mendoza Contreras completed a Técnico en Administración de Empresas Mención Marketing from Duoc UC from 2009 to 2011. Estrella then went on to obtain an Ingeniería en Marketing from Duoc UC from 2011 to 2013.
