Felipe Carvalho has held various positions in the corporate world since 2001. Felipe began their career at Banco Santander as a Gerente de Relacionamento - CDC. In 2011, they moved to Fit4 Store as a Supervisor de Expansão Comercial, where they were responsible for the development of the company's national commercial expansion plan, as well as the definition of methods and procedures for the commercial expansion department and the management of the team. In 2015, they joined Thomas Case & Associados (Oficial) as General Manager (Fit RH) and Head of Sales, where they were responsible for the identification and development of new business opportunities, prospecting and closing new contracts with a focus on management, capture, maintenance and loyalty of corporate partners. In 2018, they joined Grupo Selpe as Head of Business Development - São Paulo, where they were responsible for the general management of the São Paulo unit, and for the identification and development of new business opportunities, prospecting and closing new contracts with a focus on management, capture, maintenance and loyalty of corporate partners. Finally, in 2019, they were appointed Head of Sales at GOintegro.

Felipe Carvalho has a diverse educational background. Felipe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Logistics and Services from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 2004. In 2014, they completed a Post-Graduate degree in Sales and Negotiation Management from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In 2018, they completed a Digital Business Management degree from Digital House Brasil. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including XBA - Xponential Business Administration from StartSe University in 2022, xBA | Exponential Business Administration | 15ª Edição from Nova SBE Executive Education in 2022, AssessFirst - Grupo Selpe from AssessFirst in 2018, Human Change Management Professional - HCMBOK® Training Certification Program - HUCMI - 2018 from Human Change Management Institute, and Professional Leader Coach Certification from SLA Coaching - Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching®.
