Karina María Sara Repetto has over 18 years of professional experience. Karina María began their career in 2001 as a Redactora for Empresa Editora El Comercio. Karina María then took on a role as Técnico de Investigación for the Comisión Investigadora de Delitos Económicos y Financieros (Cidef) at the Congreso de la República del Perú. In 2003, they took on two roles at the Congreso de la República del Perú, as an Asistente del Proyecto Aporte a las acciones para la erradicación de la corrupción en el Estado and an Asistente de la Comisión Investigadora de los casos de Corrupción de la década 1990 -2000 (Ciccor). In 2005, they were a Redactora for Gival SAC and a Redactora de sección Vida y Futuro for Empresa Editora El Comercio. In 2007, Karina became the Coordinadora de Prensa for Ciudadanos al Día. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Responsable de Comunicaciones y Marketing for everis Perú. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager for GOintegro.

Karina María Sara Repetto obtained their Licenciada in Periodismo from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 1995 and 2000. Karina María then went on to complete their Master's degree in Máster en Dirección de Comunicación Corporativa from EAE Business School between 2016 and 2017. In April 2017, they obtained a Certificación de Publicidad en Búsquedas de AdWords from Google. Finally, they completed their Master's degree in Máster Internacional en Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos between 2017 and 2018.
