Alex Crocombe

Alex Crocombe is the current CFO at Goji Investments. Prior to their current position, Crocombe held various finance-related positions at different companies.

Crocombe started their career in 2006 as a Corporate Finance Advisor at Grant Thornton LLP. Alex worked there for eight years before moving on to become a Project Manager at UK Listed Insurer in 2011. After a short stint there, they became a Secondee at the Financial Conduct Authority in August of the same year.

In October 2014, Crocombe began working at Worldpay as Corporate Finance advisor specializing in strategy and M&A. Alex was part of the steering committee for the company's successful IPO in October 2015. The listing made Worldpay:

- The largest ever UK FinTech IPO;

- The largest UK IPO for over 4.5 years;

- The largest ever European and third largest ever global private equity IPO; and

- Only the 4th time in the UK that a company has listed straight to the FTSE 100.

Alex Crocombe attended a corporate-sponsored school.
