People Operations Executive at Goji Investments

Celine Simhon has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Celine started their career at McDonald's as a Crew Member from July 2012 to November 2014. Celine'sresponsibilities included serving and prepping food, motivating staff, cleaning, and managing stock levels.

In 2015, they worked at Sainsbury's as a Crew Member on the deli counter. Celine'stasks involved preparing and serving food while following hygiene guidelines. Celine also trained new staff during their time there.

Celine joined RR Donnelley in 2016 as a Batching Operator for a brief period from May to September. At this role, they performed batching duties as required.

From 2018 onwards, they worked at italk ltd in various positions. Celine started as a Customer Care Team Leader from June 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they led a team and ensured smooth operations.

Later, they transitioned to the role of Academy Assistant Manager from February to September 2020. Here, they assisted in managing the academy.

Then, they served as a Customer Care Assistant Manager from September 2020 to March 2022. Celine'sresponsibilities included managing a team, onboarding new employees, and overseeing HR processes.

From March 2022 to June 2023, Celine worked as a Customer Service Manager at italk ltd. Celine'srole involved managing a team of up to 40 agents, ensuring training schedules were followed, and overseeing HR processes.

Currently, they hold the position of People Operations Executive at Goji, starting in June 2023.

Celine Simhon's education history began in 2012 when they attended Chichester College. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued an A-Level degree, focusing on various fields of study including Sociology, Psychology, English Literature, and Criminology. Following their time at Chichester College, Celine went on to attend the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Criminology with Psychology. This educational endeavor lasted from 2015 to 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they enrolled at The Open University to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, anticipated to be completed by 2024.
