Mohit Joshi

Mohit is working on Products and Technology at Gojo and is taking care of Neobanking and Field Officer app at Gojo. Prior to Gojo, he was working as Head of Engineering at Motherson Group. He started his career with Tech Mahindra back in 2007 in the IT industry and soon realized that his entrepreneurial acumen coupled with his technical know-how was pulling him toward a new product design/new business. And thus, Mohit's self-journey began. Initially, He joined start-ups like Mango Technologies and Chleon Automotive before co-founding MI-XLAB in 2014. As Head of Software at MI-XLAB, Mohit lead a team of highly creative individuals to ideate connected car solutions called Rollr which is now deployed at various automobile companies.

Mohit is passionate about creating products that makes difference in people's life. He cares a lot about customer experience and believes in design lead thinking for product development.
