Lenny Cumberledge

Lenny Cumberledge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in field operations and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Field Services at GOJO Industries since January 2012, Lenny has established strategic policies and oversees the development and daily operations of Field Operations and Service Teams. Previously, Lenny worked at Nationwide Insurance from 1998 to 2012, where roles included Consultant for Business Excellence and Administrative Services Manager, achieving significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiency. Lenny holds an MBA in Business Administration from Malone University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
