Collins Oare Iyinomen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. Starting in 2013, Collins worked at Mainstreet Bank Microfinance Bank as a Banker for two years before taking on the role of Assistant Financial Controller in the same company's Financial Control Department. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as staff salary payment, remittance of staff pension and PAYEE, disbursement of loans to customers, daily report preparation, and accounting tasks like posting entries and raising vouchers. Collins continued to excel in their work and stayed with the company until February 2019.

In 2019, Collins joined GOKADA, a SuperApp company for Nigeria. Initially, they served as a Reconciliation Manager, demonstrating their expertise in financial management and attention to detail. Later, they transitioned to the role of Manager before taking on the important position of Head, Rider Relations Management. In this role, Collins is responsible for analyzing reports from rider relationship associates and developing strategies to address any issues. Collins also focuses on fostering relationships with high-performing riders and promoting excellence among the Rider Relationship Associates. Collins Oare Iyinomen completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education at the University of Lagos from 2007 to 2011.
