Felice Wilson's work experience includes positions at several prominent organizations. Felice is currently the Executive Director at The CCM Initiative, where they are responsible for creating an international not-for-profit trade association and leading strategy development, governance, and operations.
Prior to this, Felice worked at GoKid, serving as the Director of Customer Success and the Strategy Director. In these roles, they represented the company at an incubator program, developed strategies for B2B growth, performed competitive analysis, and spearheaded sales pilots.
Felice also had a significant tenure at Mars, where they held various positions, including Head of Global Issues Management in the Global Public Policy Team and North America Issues Manager. At Mars, they played a pivotal role in shaping the company's global business strategy, framing strategic choices for the Board of Directors, and raising the overall "issues IQ" through internal communications and risk analysis.
Prior to their time at Mars, Felice worked at Kekst CNC as a Senior Consultant, delivering corporate communications consulting services to various clients. Felice also worked at Going-There Global Destination Services as the Marketing Communications & Operations Manager, where they shaped the brand's voice and designed marketing events.
Felice began their career as a Staff Writer at The Prague Post.
Felice Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a Certificate in Russian Studies from Princeton University. Felice also has completed a course in Investor Relations from NYU School of Professional Studies and holds a Certificate in Justice and Reconciliation from Northern Seminary.
