Chetna Gogia has held various human resources positions since 2004. Her most recent role is Chief Human Resources Officer at GoKwik, a platform for solving shopping experience problems on e-commerce websites, which they began in 2021. Prior to that, they were Chief Human Resources Officer at Aakash EduTech Private Limited, India's leading Ed-Tech company, from 2020. In 2019, Gogia was Head of HR at PolicyBazaar.com, an online life insurance and general insurance aggregator. From 2014 to 2019, they were Vice President, Head HR at PayU Payments Private Limited, India's best online payments solution company. From 2010 to 2014, Gogia was Director HR at SVG Media Pvt Ltd, responsible for the entire life cycle of an employee. From 2007 to 2010, they were Sr. HR Manager at People Interactive. In 2006, Gogia was Sr. Process Associate at Logis Consultus, handling client relations and business development. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they were Sr. Recruiter at SPM Business Solutions, handling recruitments for middle and senior level positions.

Chetna Gogia completed their MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University, their Graduation in B.Com from Allahabad University, and their 12th in BCOM from DAV Public School. Chetna also obtained a Certified Rewards Professional certification from Aon in 2018.
