Michael Loew

Mr. Loew is an attorney with substantial experience in the financial services industry, including the hedge fund, asset management, investment bank, and venture capital sectors.

Prior to joining GBI he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with Centrecourt Asset Management, LLC, a hedge fund focused on making structured loans to small and mid-cap companies. Mr. Loew also served as a member of that firm’s Investment Committee.

Before Centrecourt Mr. Loew served as the General Counsel for several other financial service companies. He has a strong background in the 1933 Act, 1934 Act, 1940 Investment Advisers Act, FINRA rules, complex commercial transactions, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as litigation.

Mr. Loew earned his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
