David Rosenof

David Rosenof is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since February 2023, David co-founded Big Dog Construction Services in January 2012, focusing on customer-centric contracting and representation. With a background that includes positions such as Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager at Siemens, and Vice President and COO at Hunter Construction Services, David has developed expertise in project planning, risk management, and operational leadership. Additionally, David serves as an instructor at Gold Coast Schools and has a history of public service as a Commissioner for the City of Parkland. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
