Gautam Bula

Gautam Bula is an experienced mining engineer with a comprehensive background in various roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as an Alternate Underground Manager-Secondment at Gold Fields since August 2018, Gautam has held multiple positions including Ventilation Officer, Senior Production Engineer, Planning Engineer, Mine Projects and Infrastructure Engineer, and Production Engineer. Prior to this, Gautam worked at Barminco as a Graduate Mining Engineer and Vacation Student-Mining Engineer, focusing on underground operations. Gautam's earlier experience includes roles as a Heavy Duty Tyre Fitter at Otraco International Pty Ltd and Ground Support Technician at SRG Limited. Gautam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Mining Engineering from The University of Western Australia. The education background includes foundational studies in Maths and Science.
