Melissa Pestana

Melissa Pestana is an experienced advisor in employee relations and reward at Gold Fields since October 2022, having advanced through multiple roles within the People and Engagement team, including talent acquisition and projects at various mining sites such as Gruyere JV, St Ives Gold Mine, and Agnew Gold Mine. Prior to this, Melissa gained valuable experience as a vacation student in the People and Engagement field and worked in customer service roles as a receptionist at Activate Physiotherapy & Pilates and as a waiter at Health Freak Cafe. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Marketing from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2022, and graduated from Emmanuel Catholic College in 2018.
