Ravi Shankar

Mr. Shankar is a seasoned P&L leader with end-to-end operational experience of serving Medicare Advantage members. He also has extensive experience in managing IT operations and driving innovations through Centers of Excellence and Digital Transformation.

Prior to Gold Kidney, Ravi was the Vice President of Operations & Technology with United Healthcare (2008-2019) where he managed employees in US and across Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining United Healthcare, Mr. Shankar was the Vice President for Operations Performance Improvement with Amerigroup Corporation (2006-2008) running the Six Sigma Black Belt initiatives throughout operations.

Mr. Shankar has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Bangalore University, an Executive MBA from KSOU and is an alumnus of Indian School of Business (ISB) and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). He is also holding an advance degree in Software Engineering along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification for quality improvement.
