Karen Carcamo, PHR, MHRM has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Karen began their career at City Utilities of Springfield in 2004, where they held the position of Human Resources Generalist for nearly 18 years. In August 2022, Karen joined Gold Mechanical as the Human Resources Director.

Karen Carcamo, PHR, MHRM pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Webster University and earned a Master of Arts - MA degree. In August 2020, Karen obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
