Floris Hermsen

Floris Hermsen is a seasoned professional in data science and AI, currently serving as the Director and Head of Data Science & AI at Elsevier, a leading global information analytics company. Previously, Floris held the position of Head of Data Science at Owlin, where significant contributions included developing a proprietary algorithm for streaming entity graph embeddings and serving as a Product Board Member. Earlier experience encompasses roles ranging from a Master's Thesis Researcher at ING to co-founding Stereo Art, a non-profit dedicated to the arts.
