Zanele Gqirana is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at the Gold Youth Development Agency, following a progression from People & Culture Coordinator since January 2022. With a strong foundation in HR strategy and operations, Zanele has led initiatives in recruiting, retention, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and training. Prior experience includes a role as Personnel Officer with the South African Police Service from March 2014 to January 2022, focusing on administrative support for employee development and recruitment.
