Joseph Candela

Joseph Candela, MPH, CHES is a Senior Counselor at Willow Lake Day Camp for Grades 7/8, 2023 Olympics Captain, Upper School Health/Physical Education Teacher & Coach at Golda Och Academy for Grades 6-12, HS Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher, and has coaching roles in various sports. Joseph has experience as a Division Leader at Gate Hill Day Camp and as a Youth Sports & Fitness Instructor at SuperDome Sports. Joseph has also worked as an Associate Teacher, Division Head, and Substitute Teacher at various educational institutions. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior Science and Public Health from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health in Health Communications & Promotion from Boston University School of Public Health.
