Manager of Customer Experience at Goldbelly

Shelby Anderson has had a diverse and extensive career in the entertainment industry. Shelby began their career in 2010 as a DJ and promoter for WMVL 88.1. In 2011, they were an intern for Village Theatre, where they served as a Marketing & Funding Development Intern and a KIDSTAGE Assistant Stage Manager Intern. Shelby also worked as an Admissions Assistant and Sales Consultant for Manhattanville College. In the same year, they were a Promotions Assistant Intern for Sandusky Radio Seattle KRWM-FM Warm 106.9 FM. In 2013, they began working for Fiddlesticks as a Server and Hostess. Shelby also began working for NY Kids Club and NY Preschool as a New Hire Trainer, Special Events Manager, Client Services Representative, and Certified Teacher. In 2018, they joined Goldbelly as a Manager of Customer Experience, Customer Experience Operations Lead, Senior Customer Experience Supervisor, Team Lead for VIP Services, and Customer Happiness Associate. In 2020, they became a Self-Employed Voice Over Artist. Finally, in 2022, they joined MGMT. Entertainment as a Personal Assistant.

Shelby Anderson attended Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart from 2001 to 2009, where they earned a College Prep and Single Gender Sacred Heart Private School degree. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Manhattanville College and earned a BA in Theater, Communications, and Sociology. In 2010, they attended New York University for Musical Theatre. In 2012, Shelby Anderson attended The National Theater Institute for Theater.
