Vanessa Robinson has been in the hospitality industry since 2005. Vanessa began their career at the Union Square Hospitality Group as a Takeout/Catering Manager and Administrative Assistant. In 2013, they moved to Fulton Restaurant as a Maître D’. In 2014, they took on the role of Office Manager and Event Manager at White Street Restaurant, where they were the first hired employee after upper management. Vanessa was responsible for formatting New Hire packets, creating a host/reservationist training program, and managing reservations, event budgets, contracts, and social media. In 2017, they held the role of Reservations Manager at Cote Korean Steakhouse. That same year, they also took on the role of Office Manager and Event Manager at Piora, where they were the main facilitator of all reservation requests, managed Gift Cards and pre-pay sales, and claimed the business on Google. Since 2018, they have been at Goldbelly, where they have held the roles of Corporate Services Manager, Corporate Services Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, and Office Manager.
Vanessa Robinson graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2005 with a Professional Conservatory Graduate degree in Musical Theatre, Voice Production and Speech, Music Theory, Acting, and Dance.
