Shon Mcmanus serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Goldbelt Frontier LLC since March 2021, where management and guidance are provided to multiple departments and Program Managers. Prior to this role, Shon was a Program Manager at Goldbelt Frontier, overseeing operations for individual projects under the USAMMA, M3D contract from July 2018 to March 2021. Shon’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Biomedical Equipment NCO within the Department of Defense, responsible for the management of medical equipment services and advising on logistics and maintenance. Educational qualifications include Bachelor’s degrees from the American Public University System and the American Military University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Aims Community College, and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the DoD Biomedical Equipment Technician Training School.
