Benjamin Vega

Benjamin Vega is an experienced professional in facilities management and project oversight, currently serving as CAPEX Project Manager at Goldberg Realty Associates since June 2025. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Maintenance Manager at AvalonBay Communities from February 2019 to June 2025 and served as Director of Facilities Management at New Jersey Community Development Corporation from January 2016 to February 2019.
