Jason Kroot

Jason Kroot is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Currently a partner at Cavanagh Law Group since March 2020 and the owner of Kroot Law, LLC since July 2007, Jason Kroot actively manages both firms while prosecuting complex tort cases. Additionally, since January 2014, Jason Kroot has served as a trial lawyer and manager of the medical malpractice division at Goldberg Weisman Cairo, overseeing significant cases in this specialized area. Prior to these roles, Jason Kroot practiced as a trial lawyer at Sussman, Selig & Ross from 1999 to 2014. Jason Kroot earned a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
