Dom Mitial

Dom Mitial has a strong background in food safety and quality, with a focus on leadership and implementation of food safety systems. Dom served as the Vice President of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory at Goldbergs Group, where they developed global food safety strategies and ensured compliance with standards and regulations. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Director FSQA & Regulatory Affairs at Goldbergs Group, overseeing food safety risk management and quality assurance. Dom also held the position of Sr. Food Safety & QA Manager at Kabobs, Inc., where they established food safety and quality standards and implemented programs. Dom Mitial has experience in leading and mentoring teams, as seen in their role as Corporate Director of Food Safety & QA at Dr Smood Group. Dom began their career as a Food Production Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs and later served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Frescaña.

Dom Mitial obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad ISA from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Dom has obtained several certifications including FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food, Implementing SQF System Manufacturing, OSHA Safety & Health Programs, Leadership and Team Development, HACCP Basics for processors and Manufacturers, Certified ServSafe Instructor & Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager.
